Special Notice on Billing Issues

Effective November 1, 2014 notices will be sent to each PhoneTag customer with billing issues.  PhoneTag services will automatically be temporarily suspended upon notification of two months non_payment.  If you should receive one of these notices please log in to your PhoneTag account and update your Credit Card information.   PhoneTag services will be restored once the payment processing has been confirmed.   If you believe that you have received this notice in error or have questions please feel free to reach out to one of our PhoneTag Customer Care agents.  They can be reached at 1-800-788-0916 or by e-mail at support@phontag.com.
