I’d like to setup an account for my office or family; does each user need their own account?

It depends. You can forward as many different phone lines to your PhoneTag account as you would like. Each line will terminate in the same voice mailbox so if you need to have a separate voice mail greeting for each user, you will need separate accounts. Also all of the transcribed messages will end up going to the same email address or cell phones so if you want each user to only get their specific messages, you will need a separate account for each user.
