As a part of our system security, we cannot view your PIN(password). If you lose your pin, you will need to reset it. Access the PhoneTag web portal at PHONETAG.COM. Click on the Login prompt in the upper right. Once on this page, directly below the fields to enter your credentials will be a selection, What's My Pin. When prompted, enter your email address. An email will be sent to this address with a link to reset your pin number.
Please note that your PIN is also your voicemail password and the password to access your account on our website.
