What plan am I on and how do I change it?

You can login to your account at Phonetag.com using your registered email address and pin number. Under the Account Settings tab you can see the plan you are on followed by your account number. This information is right below your billing information. You can also see your invoices by clicking "billing" right below the navigation tabs at the top of the page.


In order to change your account you will have to call us at (800) 788-0916 or send an email to support@phonetag.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
