Help! I signed up and followed the directions on my phone but it doesn’t work!

No problem. First, make sure that the code you are dialing is for the correct cell phone carrier. If you are trying to set PhoneTag up on a landline, the code provided in the welcome email will not work and you will need to forward your unanswered calls to your 10 digit PhoneTag account number. If you are on the Rogers or Fido network, you will need to disable your voicemail through your carrier before you are able to activate no answer call forwarding on your phone.
