How do I re-enable PhoneTag if my voicemails have stopped going through the PhoneTag system?

Here is a breakdown of how to setup Call Forward No Answer.

* Verizon

- dial *71(PhonetagAcctNumber),  then send/talk

- Example format looks like: dial *711231231234  then send/talk

 

* AT&T/Cingular/T-Mobile/Other

- *004*(PhonetagAcctNumber)*11# then send/talk

- Example format looks like: dial *004*1231231234*11# then send/talk

Activating Call Forwarding is a three step process

  1. To setup “Call forward if busy”, simply dial *67*<PhonetagAcctNumber># and tap “Call”
  2. To setup “Call forward if not answered”, simply dial *61*<PhonetagAcctNumber># and tap “Call”
  3. To setup “Call forward if unreachable”, simply dial *62*<PhonetagAcctNumber># and tap “Call”

 

* Sprint

- dial *28(PhonetagAcctNumber), then hit Send/Talk

- Example format looks like:  dial *281231231234 then send/talk

What is my PhoneTag Voicemail Account Number?

You can find your PhoneTag Account Number/DID by logging into the  PhoneTag site at Phonetag.com.  Login to your account using your e-mail address and pin you created at signup.  Select  the Account Settings tab and look for the Account Number section. Your account number is also your PhoneTag Voicemail Number/DID.
